Highlights 
  • Led the development, and gain buy-in to an IT Strategy that is aligned with the business and business strategy. Coordinates development of strategies with other organizations in Technology function and the business. Identified opportunities for synergy, to develop and maintain processes and services designed to keep ongoing alignment with goals and strategies of the overall IT organization.
  • Created, and maintained the short, medium and long-term EA roadmap for the future direction of technology and architecture in support of overall business objectives. This included development of yearly recommendations to the roadmap to achieve the overall portfolio and IT goals. Increased the speed of delivery and enabled a reduction in operating costs, enabled future business processes and allow technological change to be implemented rapidly with minimum cost and disruption.

  • Led and facilitated the creation of governing principles to guide solution discovery and decision making for the enterprise. This includes the development, management, governance and ongoing support of those standards throughout IT and our business communities. Ensured optimal governance structure and compliance activities; chairing the architectural review board that reviews/assures at appropriate stage gates, the level of capability and standards adherence for key projects.
  • Provided business and technical guidance to senior and executive staff, business continuity team members, enterprise staff, and subcontractors; lead the development and reporting of key indicator metrics for IT; in collaboration with others, planed, directed, monitored, and participated in the development of program projects and analysis; ensured compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
